Falko Staff Events

Throughout the year, Falko holds a number of social events often containing an element of team building.  One such event was at Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve. Split into six teams, each team set the task of building a ‘mount’ and a feeder that slides into the mount on the fence of a primate enclosure. The three different types of feeders built were created to give the baboons different difficulty levels; 2 x dig box feeders, 2 x brush box feeders and 2 x bamboo spinner feeders.

As an extra incentive, the fun activity was run as a competition, with points being awarded and deducted for various things, and then prizes handed out at the end. The feeders, once completed were attached to the fence and the Baboons were let in to test out the new feeders.
