Falko Announces Completion of Change of Ownership

Falko today announced the completion of the change of ownership of Falko Regional Aircraft Limited (“Falko”) and its affiliates from Chorus Aviation Inc. (“Chorus”) to affiliates of investment funds managed by HPS Investment Partners, LLC (“HPS”).
Speaking about the change of ownership, Jeremy Barnes, Chief Executive Officer of Falko said, “The Falko management team and I are excited to announce the closing of the sale of Falko to HPS. With the support of HPS and its senior executives, with whom the Falko management team has a long-standing relationship, I firmly believe that Falko will continue to excel in our segment of the leasing market and further build upon the success of the past decade. I am extremely proud of what the business has accomplished since Falko’s formation and more recently under Chorus’ sponsorship which led to the expansion of the platform to over 220 aircraft and 86 staff. I would like to thank Chorus and its senior team who have helped build Falko into the industry leader it is today in the 70 – 130 seat aircraft segment, and I am excited for the new partnership with HPS as we embark on the next chapter of the Falko story.
Falko will continue to be led by Jeremy Barnes, Falko’s Chief Executive Officer, alongside the existing senior management team. As of the date of completion, Falko has a total of 226 aircraft under management on lease to 39 customers with 86 employees located across its principal offices in Hatfield, Dublin and Singapore.
