    Falko Regional Aircraft Limited (Falko), is seeking candidates to apply for internship positions within its Commercial Analysis and Technical Services teams. These roles will be based in Dublin or Hatfield (UK) and will be an integral part of the team of analysts that cover pricing, credit risk and technical analysis for all transactions within Falko. The internship will cover a period of six months, commencing in June 2024 and running through to December 2024. This Internship is a key part of Falko’s recruitment process, for future full-time positions.

    Key objectives and responsibilities of the Intern will include:
    Credit Risk
    • Initial credit risk assessment of potential new lessees, acquired through SLB or portfolio purchase.
    Technical Finance
    • Development & upkeep of financial models, aircraft fly forward analysis and aircraft status reports.
    • Review maintenance reserve structures (Cash Reserves, LOC, EOL Adjustment).
    • Upkeep of fleet status by reviewing utilization reports and using internal CMS (LeasePoint & Sysco).
    • Assist other departments with technical finance matters, relating to ongoing projects.
    Pricing & Market Analysis
    • Detailed cash flow forecasting, data analysis and financial projections to support various transactions.
    • Ability to identify key elements from modelling results, with ability to interpret and provide recommendations to the deal team and senior management.
    • Market Analysis and associated reports to support the originations, trading and senior management teams.
    Suitable Candidates will have:
    • An analytical mind coupled with attention to detail.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
    • Track record of working in a team environment.
    • Strong organizational ability combined with a proactive approach, flexibility and willingness to work across different functions as required.
    • Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting directly with senior management.
    • Aircraft leasing and or corporate finance knowledge is preferred, but not essential.
    • A strong desire to learn and improve.
