Announcement related to Falko Change of Ownership

Falko Regional Aircraft Limited (“Falko”), today announced that its parent company, Chorus Aviation Inc. (“Chorus”) has entered into a sale and purchase agreement to sell Falko and its affiliates to affiliates of investment funds managed by HPS Investment Partners, LLC.

The Transaction is subject to approval by Chorus’ common shareholders, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions to closing.
